  • Standard cancellation terms and conditions
    Your reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks before your arrival date. Any advance payment is reimbursed minus a handling fee of € 26 or credited for a later stay (in this case there is no handling fee). In the event of cancellation within 4 weeks and 1 week of your arrival, the deposit is retained as a cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation within one week of your arrival, we charge 3 days of the booked service. In the event of a later arrival or earlier departure we charge the booked stay.
  • Arrival and departure
    Your room is available on the day of your arrival from 3 pm. On the day of departure please check out by 12 noon.
  • Cancellation insurance:
    In your own interest we recommend that you take out travel insurance. Insurance can be taken out at the latest 21 days after booking and 14 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance - download
  • Reservation
    Your booking is binding:
    Receipt of the reservation confirmation by the hotel
    Deposit of 25% of the entire booking within 7 days (transfer to bank account or payment by credit card – in the name of the person who made the reservation)
    Written confirmation of receipt by the hotel
  • Payment
    We accept cash, EC cards, Eurocard, Visa, MasterCard, Amex
