Carmen loves the extraordinary, the sensuality and to pay attention to the details. Klaus loves the power of nature, the changing of the seasons and the value of peaceful resistance. Together we create a retreat that satisfies all desires. An alpine hideaway, that bewitches immediately. Far away from everyday life. Very close to nature.

Magdalena

Reservation

Magdalena comes from Mölten. She has been working at MIRAMONTI since 2015 and was Carmen and Klaus' hotel assistant until 2021. She recently became mother of her daughter and she now works from home and helps in the reservation department.

Massimo

Chef

Massimo is from Treviso. He has been at MIRAMONTI since 2012. His mission is slow food cuisine. This means that all his dishes are prepared using only the best seasonal products. And it is in the kitchen that the chef expresses his world.

Patrizia

Chef de Patisserie

Patrizia spoils our guests with delicious patisserie. Homemade and with a lot of passion, she prepares the cakes and pastries for our Tea Time and the desserts for the three different restaurants. Patrizia is very eager to learn and always likes to continue her education and be inspired by the new trends.

Melanie

Reception & Guest Relation

Melanie comes from Vinschgau and has been part of the MIRAMONTI team since 2022. With her many years of experience in the tourism and hotel industry, she inspires all guests and staff with professionalism and cordiality.

Carmen

Owner&Host

Carmen is dedicated to the many tasks behind the scenes, attending to the needs of the almost 60 employees and the wishes of the guests. She loves details and natural materials. She is responsible for the simple and tasteful decoration of MIRAMONTI.

Brano

Service

Brano has always carried hospitality in his heart. Thanks to his many years of experience and his always positive charisma, he brings joy to our guests every day.

Klaus

Owner&Host

Klaus works as a visionary day after day to make MIRAMONTI to a unique hotel with his creative ideas. He takes care of marketing and is passionate about special photography and graphics. Klaus enjoys spending his free time in nature and is a true car enthusiast.

Salvatore

Kitchen

Salvatore has been working at MIRAMONTI since 2023. His many years of experience and southern italian influences enrich the team.

Martina

Service

Martina has lived in South Tyrol for many years and therefore knows the best restaurants, bars and favourite places in the area. She is known by us for her calm and cordial manner and enjoys spending her free time in nature hiking and cycling.

Ansumana

Kitchen

Ansumana is originally from Gambia and lives with his family in Merano. He works in the kitchen and helps our caretakers outside the hotel when needed.

Annalena

New projects

Annalena comes from Verano, a nearby village. She’s always ready to question the status quo and believes in living a sustainable lifestyle. Hardly surprising then that, together with Klaus, she’s responsible for new projects at the MIRAMONTI. She’s a native German speaker, but speaks excellent English and Italian.

Margueritte

Gouvernante

Margueritte was born in Senegal but now lives in South Tyrol with her husband. Efficient and light on her feet, you’ll barely notice she’s been around – except for the spotless room, that is. A radiant person with a light, heart-warming soul, she’s recently been appointed to take care of our new Villa Fluggi in Merano.

Marcellino

Kitchen

Marcellino comes from Morocco and has been our dishwasher for the last seven years. His young daughter and son are his pride and joy.

Vincenzo

Maître

Vincenzo is Sicilian but has been working in South Tyrol since 1997 and at the MIRAMONTI since 2014. Truth be told, Vincenzo has become more South Tyrolean than us – albeit with a southern flair. Vincenzo is the one who oversees the running of the restaurant.

Sergio

Sous Chef

Sergio is originally from Treviso, near Venice. He has been working with us at MIRAMONTI since 2012. Sergio's vocation is cooking and he always tries to give his best. His daily commitment is admirable and he is a role model for the entire kitchen team. As our chef's right-hand man, he manages the kitchen with such skill in his absence.

Monika

Housekeeping

Monika comes from Slovakia and has been working with us at MIRAMONTI since 2014. She is always in a good mood and works very quickly and efficiently. It is not always easy for her colleagues to keep up with Monika's pace. You can always rely on her 100%. She lives with her family in Merano.

Flodiona

Housekeeping

Flodiona lives in Obermais and has been working at MIRAMONTI for years. Her warmth and smile are very contagious.

Fatou

Housekeeping

Fatou lives with her family in Merano and works with us since 2022. Her calm demeanor is very pleasant, for our guests and staff.

Mohamed

Caretaker

Mohamed was born in Gambia and has been living in Avelengo for the last 2 years. He’s our trusty caretaker and assists guests, prepares the deckchairs and parasols, replaces bathing towels, takes care of suitcases, and tends to the garden.

Habiba

Service

Habiba was born in Tunisia and has lived in Merano for a long time. In the summer of 2022, she started in the service area at MIRAMONTI and delights our guests in the restaurant or at the bar.

Sekou

House Maintenance

Sekou is born in Senegal an lives in South Tyrol since 2015. He helps wherever he needs it, if in the laundry or in the dishwashing. Carrying luggage or gardening. He is always in a good mood and is always up for fun.

Sara

Commis de Patisserie

Sara, originally from Veneto, has been a member of the MIRAMONTI team since 2022 and, together with Patrizia, prepares sweet delicacies that are almost impossible to resist.

Marta

Service

Marta was born in Vereno, the closest village to Avelengo, and has been at the MIRAMONTI for quite some time. When she’s not working, she can be found at her parents’ farm and riding school – good thing for her she’s always loved horses!

Dardan

Service

Dardan was born in Kosovo but has lived in Italy for many years. He’s part of the Service team, works at the bar and is always extremely helpful. Guests and staff alike love him because he’s always ready to give a helping hand.

Birgit

Reception

Birgit is originally from Marling - but has lived in Hafling for quite a while. She therefore knows the area very well and is happy to advise our guests with personal tips. She has many years of experience in the hotel and hospitality industry, both at home and abroad.

Violetta

Front Office Manager

Originally from Belarus and grew up in Sardinia. With Russian, Italian, English, French and a little Chinese, she is our language talent in the team and can communicate perfectly with all our international guests. Always motivated at work but also in her free time, she has been playing soccer for over 10 years.

Breakfast Cook

Sonja lives in Hafling and has been supporting us at MIRAMONTI since 2022. She is responsible for the hot dishes during breakfast. In the afternoon she helps with the preparations in the kitchen for the following day. She loves the surrounding mountains and enjoys her free time in nature.

William

Chef Tournant

William was born near Milan and is an important part of our kitchen team as Chef Tournant. He likes a challenge and alternates between the different areas, ranging between starters, first and second courses, although his real passion is meat preparation.

Housekeeping

Elona has a very reserved character and works with a lot of care in the MM-Rooms.

Flora

Housekeeping

Early in the morning Flora makes the spa area shine and afterwards helps her colleagues on the floors. She works very quietly and concentrated.

Heidi

Yoga&Meditation

Heidi comes from Merano and is our yoga teacher at MIRAMONTI. She offers Hatha Yoga, mindfulness meditation and Pilates. She shares her passion with our guests and inspires with her calm charisma.

Myriam

Spa

Myriam comes from Merano and made the formation as a beauty nurse. She makes special offers such as massages with singing bowls. She has a positive charisma and her smile is contagious. Myriam is very interested in herbs and their effects.

Margit

Reception

Margit comes from the Sarntal valley and has been with us since 2023, after completing her winter season in St. Moritz in Switzerland.
She loves the mountains in the area and will show you her personal favourite places.

Madalena

Reception

Madalena comes from the Dolomite Valley of Val Gardena and welcomes all our guests at the reception. She has already gained many different experiences in northern Italian hotels and inspires us with her warm smile.

Alessio

Kitchen

Alessio was born in Liguria and has lived in South Tyrol for some time. He is a passionate chef and has been an important part of the kitchen team since 2023. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar and singing.

Asa

Kitchen

Asa was born in Bangladesh and has been working in the MM kitchen since 2023. His very accurate and precise work and his pleasant character are highly appreciated.

IlonaGia

Spa

Ilona is from Ukraine and has been at MIRAMONTI since 2018. She made her education in Bolzano. Ilona is interested in cosmetics, so she does all cosmetic treatments at MIRAMONTI. She made her passion her profession. Ilona knows every single product, so she can tell a story about it.

Haydee

Spa

Haydee trained in Trento and has since worked in various studios and hotels. She is a big fan of body treatments, her favourite treatment: Body Strategist. In her free time, she enjoys reading books and working out at the gym.

"Working at the MM reception was a very special experience for me. It was my first real job after graduating from high school, where I was able to fully develop my knowledge and my personality. What fascinated me the most was the contact with our guests. At MM we have a lot of great guests with interesting personalities who always appreciated the warmth and effort of our work. That was the best thing about my work at the MM. I look back at my time at MIRAMONTI with pleasure and positive feelings, and I am very grateful for all those experiences."

"My adventure at the Miramonti lasted 4 years, from 2018 to 2022. In this hotel I entered as Commis de Rang, without knowledge of the German language, but thanks to Marcello Fusi , Maitre Hotel, I grew up and became Chef de Rang and then Barman. Then, what can I say, the owners Carmen and Klaus, two people with a heart as big as the Miramonti, always at the disposal of the staff and the guest.
Not to forget Jacob, Carmen and Klaus's son, the hotel´s mascot. It only remains for me to say 'THANK YOU SO MUCH' to the Miramonti."
