Cancellation policy

If you decide against our insurance, the following cancellation conditions apply:

- 1 month before arrival - free of charge. The 40% deposit will be refunded minus a handling fee of 40.00€
- 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival - 40% cancellation fee
- 14 days to 3 days prior to arrival - 70% cancellation fee
- 2 days prior to arrival - 100% cancellation fee

In case of late arrival, early departure or no-show, 100% of the booked stay will be charged. Cancellation costs are calculated on the total price.
