  • CHEF DE RANG
    Description: Working with á la carte service. Guest capacity approx. 90 people in all 3 restaurants.
    Tasks: Food and beverage service, leading a small team, coordinating workflow, responsible for wine advice, knowledge and recommendations for food and beverage offer, guest contact with enthusiasm.
    MM Benefits, accommodation if required, parking available, annual position.

 

  • COMMIS DE RANG
    Description: Working under the direction of the assigned Chef de Rang in the 3 restaurants, assisting the activities of the Chef de Rang, serving and clearing food and drinks, preparing the mise en place, pre- and post-work in the office, precise table setting, looking after the guests with enthusiasm.

  • CHEF DE PARTIE: ENTREMETIER
    Description: The candidate will be in charge of assisting the sous chef Chinellato Sergio in managing the mise en place of the first courses in all three restaurants.
    Tasks: dealing with the preparation of garnishes, preparing the meals for the hotel staff canteen, managing and organising restaurant service, learning how to prepare fresh, filled and dry pasta, broths, consommé, sauces and ragouts of various kinds, all strictly home-made.
    Requirements: technical skills on the execution and whipping of pasta and risottos at the time of serving, good willingness to learn and professional growth.

  • CHEF DE PARTIE: TOURNANTE
    Description: The candidate will be in charge of replacing kitchen colleagues during their rest or holiday shifts, and will therefore have the duty and responsibility to know and be able to manage the various preparations and operating standards inherent to the mise en place lines of the kitchen, specifically starters, first courses, main courses.
    Duties: The candidate will be supported by a person in charge of the batch to be covered, until full working autonomy is achieved. A good knowledge of the basics of cooking is therefore required, as well as a good predisposition to teamwork and a propensity to learn new working techniques and constant professional improvement.

  • FRONT OFFICE - Receptionist
    The employee mainly deals with the tasks at the front desk and is therefore the first contact person for our international guests. The active support of the guest as well as the fulfilment of their wishes are in the foreground. Language skills in German, Italian and English desired.
    Tasks: Check-in and check-out, looking after guests on the phone (enquiries, bookings, sales on the phone), assistance with activities and hiking recommendations, organisational and concierge tasks, quick resolution of day-to-day challenges, close cooperation and active communication with housekeeping, caretaker and F&B, reservation tasks: Arrival and departure checks, creating room offers and entering bookings, organising restaurant reservations, maintaining menu cards and website/platforms.

  • SPA HELP/MASSEUSE FOR THE WEEKEND (Saturday & Sunday)
    Description: SPA - Assistant/Masseuse to help out on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for our MIRAMONTI Spa - hours flexible.
    Tasks: Carrying out massages, body and facial treatments, looking after the SPA reception and selling beauty products, individual advice to guests.
