Here, alpine ease merges with the #miramontivibe to create a place of connection and culinary experiences. Whether it’s a snow-covered winter day or a sun-drenched summer moment, Rotwand is a retreat, an experience, and a little world of indulgence all in one. Designed by Harry Thaler.
FOOD
Look forward to a new South Tyrolean cuisine, shaped by regional products and traditional craftsmanship. The culinary concept, signed by Christoph Huber from Blaue Traube, brings his unmistakable cooking style to the mountains.
CABIN
Ein genussvolles Erlebnis in gemütlicher Atmosphäre: In unserer Rotwand Cabin servieren wir originales Käseraclette, frisch geschmolzen und begleitet von Kartoffeln, Kimchi-Gemüse, Sauerrahm und knusprigem Brot. Dazu feiner Speck vom Bauern „Dorfbauer“ aus St. Martin in Passeier – von Johann Schwarz, Klaus’ Cousin. Ein Lunch zum Teilen, Genießen und Verweilen. Mit Freunden, Familie oder Kollegen.
