In the Meran 2000 ski and hiking area, at an altitude of 1,818 meters, the new mountain restaurant Rotwand is taking shape — a meeting place for all who love the mountains, movement, and special moments.
Here, alpine ease merges with the #miramontivibe to create a place of connection and culinary experiences. Whether it’s a snow-covered winter day or a sun-drenched summer moment, Rotwand is a retreat, an experience, and a little world of indulgence all in one.
Look forward to a new South Tyrolean cuisine, shaped by regional products and traditional craftsmanship. The culinary concept, signed by Christoph Huber from Blaue Traube, brings his unmistakable cooking style to the mountains.
