Forest, warmth, rest and relaxation, the Japanese have celebrated the healing arts of these very things for centuries. The ONSEN POOL in the Boutique Hotel MIRAMONTI high above Merano combines nature, silence and clarity in this time honoured way.
Planned by the Tara architects Heike Pohl and Andreas Zanier and built by local craftsmen, our ONSEN POOL brings together two worlds: Japanese bathing and alpine recreation. Solid safety of South Tyrolean porphyry stone and weightless floating in warm water. The ancient ritual of bathing and resting on our solar platforms surrounded by the rugged rock.
Created in the distinctive MIRAMONTI style, the ONSEN POOL (1,230 metres above sea level) is a harmonious continuation of the MIRAMONTI SPA.
A newly built extension, next to the saltwater infinity pool, forest sauna and relaxation area.
Just steps away from the bridge which takes you into the woods where you can experience the MIRAMONTI Forest Therapy.
