The"Producers Collection" is a collection of producers who regularly deliver their products to the MM. In this context, we would like to inform you that we are working on a sustainability project together with the Hotel & Catering Association (HGV) and the Terra Institute. With their help, we would like to deepen step by step the conscious way of thinking that has already been followed at MIRAMONTI for years. Various work processes, purchases, energy consumption, etc. are being evaluated and revised.
